No. When a visit is needed, your physician sends you a private video link. You open it in your browser — no app download or complicated setup required.
The camera feature uses photoplethysmography (PPG): your camera observes subtle changes in reflected light from the skin to estimate selected physiological signals. It does not create diagnostic images. AI can organize the result, while your physician interprets it in clinical context.
The exact outputs depend on the PPG technology selected. The goal is to provide selected camera-derived vital signals and trends that can be considered alongside wearables and lab data. They are estimates, not medical imaging, and they do not replace a validated clinical device, laboratory test, or examination.
